Shuaa Renderer is licensed, not sold. Its Pre-Release builds, the Beta included, are
licensed under the Shuaa Renderer Pre-Release Licence Agreement in EULA.md, included in
this download and published at https://renderway.com/shuaa/legal/eula. By installing or using
Shuaa Renderer you accept that Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install or use
Shuaa Renderer.

This file is a short summary. Where it differs from EULA.md, EULA.md governs.

IN SHORT
- Free. You may use it for any work, commercial work included (as a freelancer or in a
  studio), but always ENTIRELY AT YOUR OWN RISK: it is a Beta and may crash, give
  wrong results or behave in unexpected ways. Test it before relying on it for a job,
  and keep backups.
- This Beta may be used until 31 Jan 2027, and during 3 days of grace until 3 Feb
  2027; using it after that, including by changing the computer's clock, breaches the
  licence. From 24 Jan 2027 it reminds you; from 4 Feb 2027 it renders nothing. The end
  date never touches your scenes. A newer build may carry a later date.
- To apply that date, Shuaa Renderer reads today's date from https://renderway.com when
  Cinema 4D starts, and again when you render if its last answer is over an hour old.
  Like any web request it reaches the server's log with your IP address; nothing about
  you or your work is sent. See PRIVACY.md.
- Picture Viewer renders, and images saved or sent to it from the Live Viewer, carry a
  small Shuaa Renderer mark.
- You may not sell, rent, redistribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or
  disassemble Shuaa Renderer (except where the law allows it and it cannot be excluded),
  or tamper with its end date or its mark. To share Shuaa Renderer, share the link to
  https://renderway.com/shuaa/download instead of the files.
- Your renders and scenes are yours, to use, publish or sell.
- Shuaa Renderer is provided "AS IS", without warranty of any kind. To the maximum
  extent the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage of any kind, lost or
  damaged work, missed deadlines and lost income included, and no refund, credit or
  compensation of any kind is owed (EULA.md sections 10 and 11). Your statutory rights
  that cannot be excluded are unaffected.

NVIDIA COMPONENTS
Shuaa Renderer includes software from NVIDIA Corporation (the CUDA runtime and code built
from the OptiX SDK -- the OptiX engine itself comes with your NVIDIA driver), licensed
to us by NVIDIA. For those components:
- they are licensed, not sold, and may be used only as part of Shuaa Renderer, only on
  NVIDIA graphics hardware Shuaa Renderer supports;
- you may not copy, extract, modify, reverse engineer, decompile or disassemble them, use
  them separately from Shuaa Renderer, or distribute them, except where the law gives you
  that right and it cannot be excluded;
- NVIDIA and its licensors keep all rights, title and intellectual property in them, and
  you must keep confidential any part of them that is not public;
- NVIDIA gives you no warranty and no support for them and, to the maximum extent the law
  allows, is not liable to you for any loss or damage arising from them;
- NVIDIA is a third-party beneficiary of these terms and may enforce them.
